Our History
BlackSpear Funding began in the early 2000s under the name of Global One Financial, Inc. working as a minority-owned small business consulting firm, specializing in business plan writing, marketing plans, and loan underwriting for commercial loans. The company was registered in the state of Nevada, until the economic crash of 2008. The company developed its in-house loan underwriting software in 2004 to make processing commercial loans easier and less vulnerable to human errors while eliminating the inherent discrimination in loan processing overall.
